The Help Team must be capable, confident, and trustworthy. Viewers should feel assured that they can turn to them for help and expect real results. I focused on making the team look strong—firm in their pursuit of answers yet approachable and relatable. Direct-to-camera communication builds that connection, while showcasing their successes reinforces their credibility.

The blue tint allows for immediate recognition this is a Help Team story. It also symbolizes the “blue cloud” the people are under until the Help Team lifts them up.
